- Hand washing with warm soapy water and nylon scrub brush, metal tools may leave scratches. Always use oven mitts or potholders while moving cast iron cookware from the heat source.
- Cast iron braiser has superior heat distribution and retention, can be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops. Broil, braise, bake, or roast in the oven up to 500 F.
