• The EcoSpa Angled Thermostatic Radiator Valve represents a classic radiator valve design. This valve set includes a top-quality TRV in Black Nickel corresponding lockshield, essential for fine-tuning your central heating system. Both the TRV and lockshield are crafted from durable brass and can be finished in your preferred color, making them ideal for traditional Victorian-style home installations.
• The TRV boasts subtle temperature indicators on its neck, ranging from 6 C to 30 C, providing precise control over the room temperature. Additionally, it incorporates a frost protection feature, activated when the control head is fully turned clockwise. This safeguard ensures that the valve opens if the temperature drops below 6 C, effectively shielding your system and home from potential freezing-related issues, especially when you're away from home.
• The lock-shield plays a crucial role in conjunction with the TRV to finalise the radiator circuit. It not only aids in balancing the radiator and the overall system but also serves as an isolating component for the radiator, facilitating maintenance or removal when necessary.
• Optimize TRV performance by fitting them on the radiator's flow, preferably over return pipework.
