Cotton extract (nitrocellulose) helps the polish form a solid film on the nail. Corn extract (acetyl tributyl citrate) and Wheat extracts help create a smooth, shiny layer on the nail.
• 7-DAY WEAR WITH OUR SUNSHINE TOP COAT reacts with natural UV light to speed up drying and harden to protect your Green colors for an extremely long-lasting, bold and shiny manicure.
• HOW TO USE? Like a traditional nail polish! Apply a coat of Green Base Coat, let it dry. Followed by two coats of your favorite Green color, let dry each coat. Then apply a layer of Top Coat Sunshine. No need for a lamp!
