- The motor case and headstock of all-metal machine tools is jointed completely. Main parts configure with metal structure and no plastic components in the whole machine body, such as motor box, headstock, hand wheels, slider, 3-jaw chunk 4-jaw chunk, turning tools clamping jaw, machine bed, gear, side cover, working table, connection piece, tailstock, countershaft, drive belt cover etc.
- Adding intermediate blocks under motor box, tailstock and lathe tools clamping jaw, which enlarge the machining rotary diameter & practical usage.3-jaw chuck can be used to clamp the material at a maximum diameter of 50mm, single-action 4-jaw chucks is available, maximum diameter is expanded to 60 mm. It is perfect optional choice for irregular shape (such as square, elliptical, hexagonal material), also expand the effective work area.
- Versatile application The turning tools of mini metal lathe are made of steel material, which can be perfectly used to process the soft metal (gold, silver, copper & aluminum), acrylic and engineering plastics etc.The chuck is fixed by a hexagon nut to increase the tightness of the clamping tools (such as drill bits, cutters, wood-turning lathe driver).
- There are three parallel dovetail slots available on the big slider, which facilitate the movement of mini lathe tools and installment of the holders and the cutlery.Adding intermediate blocks under motor box, tailstock and lathe tools clamping jaw, which enlarge the machining rotary diameter & practical usage.
- With fast angle positioning processing function, the A rotating axis of 4-axis (X axis, Z axis, Z1 axis, A axis) Rotary Miniature lathe could rotates from -90 degrees to +90 degrees and the positioning accuracy is 2.5 degrees. Under coordination with A-axis, the Z1 axis could realize the machining of Angle feed
