- K45 P10 Tungsten Carbide --- It is a micro grain tungsten-cobalt alloy with higher hardness, better wear resistance, higher strength, better bending resistance and heat resistance. Provides faster cutting speeds and is harder but more brittle.
- Wide Applications --- The solid carbide drill bit is suitable for drilling high-hardness and difficult-to-machine materials below HRC65, such as alloy steel, stainless steel, tool steel, hardened steel. It is also widely used on aluminum, copper, hard plastic and wood.
- Sharp Spiral Flutes --- The spiral groove facilitates the export of metal chips, which saves time and effort in operation. Provide fast, neat and smooth cuts. Nanometer AlTiSin composite coatings greatly increase the hardness, wear resistance and thermal stability.
- Useful Tips --- Use on machining centers, CNC lathes, drill presses and bench drills. Keep cool and gentle when using. Drill metal with high hardness, the rotational speed should be slower than normal drilling.
