- This is a quality DIGI AC DC TIG Pulse TIG MMA multi-process welding machine with compact portable design (only 14kg) which can be very easily operated and is suitable for welding almost all type of steels such as stainless steel, copper, bronze, aluminium and aluminium alloys etc. so this welder is perfect for garage, farm, mobile technicians, DIY and other repair services. - Digital Control Front Panel enable to easily operate. IGBT technology inverter - Latest transistor technology more efficient so enables highest power and a duty cycle of 60% at full power (25C Ambient temperature). Smooth arc and stable welding performance. Single phase AC240V and fitted a 16amp industrial plug.
- AC TIG for welding aluminium and aluminium alloys. DC TIG for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and non-ferrous metals. PULES TIG for particularly welding thin plate through regulating the parameters basic current, pulse duty and pulse frequency. MMA Stick welding with Auto hot-start, ARC Force and Anti-stick technology.
- Upslope Downslope Time 0 - 15s, to improve the welding quality at start and end. Pre-Flow Post Flow Time 0 - 15s, to protect the tungsten electrode against excessive wear and protect the weld from oxidation. Pulse Frequency (AC DC) 0.2 - 20Hz. AC frequency 20 - 200Hz. Pulse duty ratio (width) 10% - 90%. AC balance -40 to +40.
