- How to use the Chillfactor Granite Mug? Remove the mug from its packaging and follow the cleaning instructions. Then place it without its lid in the freezer. After 8-10 hours, remove the ice pack ensuring it is completely frozen. Then pour your favorite drink to 2 3 of the ice pack of your mug. Knead for about 1 minute, your granite is ready to enjoy!
