  • BEFORE FIRST USE To create the patina, you first need to bake your ZWILLING iron pan. To do this, heat the pan on the cooker or or in the oven at 250 with a little oil until all the oil has evaporated. For a more even, solid patina, this process can be repeated 3-4 times.
