  • This advanced Digital Oscilloscope achieves a real-time sampling rate of 1 GSa s, and with an expansive memory of up to 56 Mpts, it allows for in-depth examination of captured waveforms. Notably, the oscilloscope maintains low background noise of less than 100 Vrms, and offers a versatile vertical scale range from 1 mV div-20 V div.
  • The oscilloscope is equipped with an extensive array of standard triggering options including edge, pulse width, video, slope, runt, overshoot, delay, timeout, duration, setup and hold, Nth edge, and pattern trigger. It also supports RS232 UART trigger, I C trigger, SPI trigger, with CAN and LIN triggers as optional additions. Exceptional decoding capabilities encompass RS232 UART, I C, SPI, and optional CAN and LIN.
  • This instrument excels with a waveform capture rate of 500,000 wfms s, enabling rapid capture of instantaneous and abnormal signals. The ability to record, display, and analyze up to 100,000 waveforms substantially enhances waveform capturing capacity and expedites the circuit debug process.
  • The oscilloscope features a 1M points enhanced FFT function that supports frequency setting, waterfall diagram, detection setting, and marker measurement. It is capable of automatically measuring 36 waveform parameters, providing detailed statistics for each parameter. Troubleshooting is facilitated by pass fail testing features, a multi-channel independent 7-bit hardware frequency counter, and DVM support for dual-channel independent AC and DC true RMS measurement.
