- Material The body of the guide is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, the surface has been hardened anodized, with stable structure and good wear resistance. All other components are either stainless steel or other corrosion resistant materials. Roller sliding tenon setting, when pushing the plate for cutting, the roller plays the role of driving the plate forward.
- Sliding tenon design, adjustable inward and outward, locks down solid without swaying from side to side, this would help avoid the rips drift, specifically designed for precision cutting.
- The thin rip jig has 2 guide bearing on the tip play the role of driving the stock forward, to make feeding your stock through an easy and smooth moving process.
- Equipped with sliders and T-slot bolts, fit 3 4 x 3 8 inch standard miter slots and 30mm T-Slot Track, can work with most standard table saw, router table and band saw.
- Calibrating The Scale of The Saw Just extend the bearings until they touch the tooth of the saw blade and adjust the scale indrcator to the nearest mark. Now you can set the dimension of your strips without having to compensate for the thickness of you saw blade.
