• The surface must be dry, clean, dust and grease free and without old paint layers or fine elements that can affect the product adhesion. Impurities and non-load-bearing layers must be removed and filled with suitable material; rust should be removed and used on metal surfaces. Exceptionally absorbent or old, non-load-bearing or sanding and mortar surfaces must be pre-treated with Level + deep base special before using the quartz base. The deep ground special from Level + solidifies the surface by silencing.
• Before application, the quartz base in the container must be mixed mechanically with a slow running whisk. Apply the product by brush, roller or suitable sprayer. Perform the substrate impregnation at substrate and recirculation temperature from +5 C to +25 C. The drying time of one coat is from 2 to 6 hours. Congestion of the primer on the impregnated surface must be avoided. Remove excess quantities immediately.
• Protect the primed outdoor surface from sunlight and weather influences such as rain, snow and frost. Consumption must be determined depending on the absorbency of the surface using sample samples. Continue the subsequent construction work only after the primer has dried.
• Perform work according to technical safety data sheet, instructions (English language not guaranteed), standards and relevant occupational safety regulations. Technical data and application details apply to temperature 25 C 2 C and relative humidity of 55-60%. Under other weather conditions, drying and setting time may vary.
