- EASY TO PUT IN AND TAKE OUT The raised handle is easy to grip. To prevent brine splashing, use silicone tongs to slowly place the glass weight in. Clamp the both sides of handle and gently remove from the bottle mouth.
- EASY TO USE Before the fermentation, insert the airlocks into the lid hole, screw lid on your jar, add water to the airlock. After fermentation, take off the airlock, close the silicone cap. The lids have a silicone ring underneath to make things airtight and prevent oxygen from entering the jar to pollute the ferments.
