- Left and Right channel The 2 XLR connectors will to insert into left and right channel speakers. The XLR connector with blue ring is connecting with the TIP of the 3.5mm TRS connector, this connector is usually used to connect left channel speaker. The XLR connector with red ring is connecting with the RING of the 3.5mm TRS connector, this connector is usually used to connect right channel speaker. But don't worry if you mix the two connectors, they can work.
- Specification This 1 8 to dual XLR splitter cable is 15FT 4.5meters long. It's nylon braided, strong and heavy duty. 3.5mm connector is gold plated, gold plated design can reduce signal distortion. 2 XLR end has blue and red ring, they will help you to distinguish left and right channel signal. The cable will give a soft feeling.
- OFC shield, noise free This mini TRS to double XLR breakout cable is full covered with spiral OFC(Oxygen Free Copper). OFC layer can effectively keep out RFI and EMI. Under the OFC layer, there is also a aluminum foil layer. With OFC and aluminum foil layer, this cable will carry your signal without having to worry about interference. Anyway, we do not suggest to put the cable over AC power plugs, power adapters, chargers and others that ouput RFI and EMI.
- Important Notice VERY VERY import, please kindly note that though this cable is 15FT long, the splice to the XLR end is only 1.4FT. So if you connect 2 XLR connector to two separate device like two powered speaker, you should make sure the two speaker don't stand too far away. In case if they have to, we suggest you to take our XLR extension cable together. (Search ASIN B0957D9K13 for XLR extension cable).
