• Product 2 HOW WE MAKE IT - This whisky is made with local barley fermented for 90 hours to generate a fruity flavour. After distillation the result is a light, colourless, new make spirit which is diluted and put into casks to mature for just over three years

• Product 2 CAREFULLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS - Our whisky is made using 100% locally grown barley and two varieties of yeast to ensure good yields and fruity flavours. The local water is filtered and demineralised and our barrels are a combination of first-fill Kentucky ex-bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks.
