Product description

  • After the power amplifier board is powered, the DC voltage between the two pads of the speaker is 0V, and the DC voltage between the speaker pad and GND is half of the power supply voltage.Hands should not touch the pins of the components on the board, human interference signals interfere with the timing of the digital power amplifier, resulting in damage to the chip. A strong high voltage with static electricity on the human body will break down and damage the chip.
  • The power supply voltage should be stable as far as possible, using switching power supply and battery power supply. The power supply cannot exceed the working voltage of the board, otherwise the chip will be burned out.8 ohm speakers basically do not need to add heat sinks. If the chip temperature is higher than 60 degrees,it will stop working immediately and add heat sink fans to heat, otherwise the temperature will rise and the chip will be burned immediately.
  • The speaker wiring should be controlled within 3 meters. If the line is too long, the inductance of the load will increase and the self-inductance voltage will be too high to break down the power amplifier chip. It is recommended to consider adding a diode (IN5819) to the speaker for a long line. The release of the inductive voltage protects the chip.
  • The power of the speaker must be greater than 30W to test the power amplifier normally, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the power amplifier. We use a 4 ohm 300W stage speaker for the test. The speaker sensitivity of 95dBo must be greater than the output power of the power amplifier.Otherwise, due to the speaker power If it is too small, the short circuit between turns of the voice coil heating will cause the power amplifier to fail to work normally and damage the power amplifier.
