A swing with handles allows you to do more yoga positions and helps you could exercise more parts of your body. If you want to use it just as a hammock, just remove the handles.
• Adjustable Height The package includes 2 daisy chains, 4 carabiners. The daisy chains measure 42 inch and allow you to adjust the height of the yoga swing easily just by placing the carabiners on the desired position.
• Easy to Install The carabiners are already installed on yoga swing, so just hang the daisy chains and fix the carabiners onto the chains and enjoy your aerial yoga session. You can hang the swing anywhere, such as door frames, exposed beams (in attics, patios or garages), playgrounds, tree branches, gym equipment. If you want to hang it on the ceiling, ceiling mounts will be necessary (but not included in the package).
