- This electric bain marie is durably constructed from food-grade stainless steel with a U-type thickened heating pipe. It's not only durable and safe but also easy to clean, making it ideal for both commercial and home use.
- Equipped with a drainage faucet, it provides easy water drainage, which is perfect for use as a chocolate melting pot and for other purposes.
- The temperature can be adjusted from 30 to 85 C using the temperature knob, ensuring that food is kept at the ideal temperature. Note that the heating tube should be submerged in water.
