• Easy-to-use and Easy-to-clean Mortar and Pestle Set Japanese style mortar bowl and wooden pestle set. The suribachi bowl is made from ceramic earthenware with hand painted green gradation glazed. The pestle is made of wood. Easy to clean by hand. Just rinse hot water and use a soft-bristle brush to scrub any resistant dirt. Mortar is microwave, dishwasher, dishdryer and freezer safe but not indicated for burner stoves or oven. The pestle is not indicated for any of the above.
