- EASY TO USE To use this mending hem wonder web tape simply 1) Fold the material to be hemmed to the desired width. 2) Cut web to length and place between the fold. 3) Set iron to cotton heat and cover with a damp cloth (don't let the cloth dry out) 4) Press iron on slowly and firmly 5) Allow to cool for 5 mins and test bonding, repeat step #4 if not bonded. That's it. To alter any hem, repeat step 4 and peel apart while hot.
