• Inizio ORIGIN We mixed both naturally processed and washed Ethiopian Arabica to give the cup a rich complexity. Washed Kenyan Arabica brings a bit of sourness, and giving it a slightly longer, darker roast adds some substance. We give the Ethiopian beans a brighter, shorter burn to keep the flower blooms intact. Together, this creates a medium roast coffee with an irresistible velvety mouthfeel.
• Toccanto ORIGIN 100% Arabica, which is sustainably grown in Brazil and Nicaragua, gives the coffee the highest intensity. This combination is perfect for preparing an aromatic espresso or as a base for making coffee with the milk of your choice.
