Some foods may stick during the first few uses, so use a little more oil until the seasoning is strong and established.

You can use sunflower, flaxseed, coconut, canola or avocado oil, but avoid olive oil as it can make the pan sticky. To increase the non-stick patina after cleaning and oiling, heat the pan over medium-high heat until it smokes, apply a little more oil using kitchen paper and leave the pan to cool before storing.
