- NAIL IN WALL ANCHORS (NYLON NAIL PLUG)- Are used to mount reasonably heavy objects to a wall securely, such as shelving, mirrors or paintings. The nylon anchor reinforces the nail helping to prevent the weight of the object from pulling it out of the wall.
- ADVANTAGES- The rapid hammerset installation reduces the amount of time required and allows for an economic series installation. Pre-assembled no need to search for the right screw. Can be removed and instaled via drive in screw head.
- MATERIALS- Hammer drive plug comprises a polypropylene PA6 sleeve and a countersunk head screw made of electroplated coatings or non-electrolytically applied zinc flake coatings steel. Increased head diameter ensures much better holding power of the elements being installed, and countersunk section provides reliable installation and eliminates damage to the screw when driving.
- INSTALATION- Anchor is placed through the object and into the wall where after the nail is driven in all the way to enable expansion of the sleeve inside the hole.The same size hole should be drilled in the object and the surface it s mounted to.
- SUITABLE SURFACES- Nail in wall ancors works on Concrete, Vertically perforated brick, Hollow blocks made from lightweightconcrete, Cavity floor slabs made from bricks and concrete, Perforated sand-lime brick, Solid sand-lime brick, Natural stone, Aerated concrete, Chipboard, Solid panel, Solid brick made from lightweight concrete, Solid brick.
