  • SEASONED WITH 100% FLAXSEED OIL AND KOSHER CERTIFIED The griddle is cured with 100% non-GMO flaxseed oil, Kosher certified, meeting its rigorous standards. It comes ready to use; simply wash it with mild dish soap and warm water and dry it thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel. Some foods may stick during the first few uses; use a little more oil until the seasoning is strong and established.
  • OPTIMAL ENERGY EFFICIENCY Cast iron is excellent at distributing heat evenly across the entire surface, allowing for more even roasting and preventing food from cooking unevenly.   • EASY MAINTENANCE After washing and drying thoroughly, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the inside and rim of the utensil and it is ready to store. You can use sunflower, linseed, coconut, canola or avocado oil, but avoid olive oil as it can make the pan sticky. To increase the non-stick patina after cleaning and oiling, heat the pan over medium-high heat until it smokes, apply a little more oil using kitchen paper and leave the pan to cool before storing.
