- WALL PLUG Expansion plug also known as an anchor or a Rawlplug, are small plastic fittings that grip and hold screws when they're installed into hard walls such as brick or cement. They'll prevent a screw from coming out of the wall after you install it.
- HEAVY DUTY Nylon Plug is made of a tough and durable cadmium-free Nylon-6 which will not crack under impact at low temperatures. It is also suitable for light to medium duty applications in a wide range of base materials.
- FEATURES Anti-rotation fins prevent spinning during tightening of the screw.Engineered grip feature for extra holding power.Stabilization points prevent the plug from breaking open while inserting into the hole. Two-way zigzag expansion mechanism provides a strong anchorage in solid base materials. The collar prevents the plug slipping into the drill hole for a syve installation. Small edge distances achievable.
- PURPOSE Wall plugs are used when there is arequirement to securely screw somethin in to a wall. A guide hole should be drilled into the concrete, brick , plasterboard or other surface first, which sould allow the wall plug tobe pushed in with a sug fit. The desired screw is then driven in to the plug which expands inside the surounding material, applying high amounts of pressure an therefore a strong grip.
