Thanks to its intense colour and smooth texture, the end result is a homogeneous and professional surface. When the sugar paste has dried, it can be further decorated with colouring powder or edible paints.
- A FIT FOR EVERYONE Dekora's wide selection of fondants offers you a colour for every occasion and a light vanilla flavour. You can combine this white fondant with fondant in other colours to create any design. In addition, our sugar pastes are completely suitable for vegetarians, gutenfree, Halal and Kosher.
- EXPERT TRICKS To achieve an optimal elasticity, it is best to work, knead and heat the fondant paste beforehand. In addition, you can coat your hands with a little sunflower oil, which will make it easier to handle the fondant without changing its colour, as well as adding an attractive shine to your confectionery creations. We also advise you to work on a nonstick baking mat.
- HOW TO SHAPE IT Knead until smooth and pliable. Shape with your hands or moulds, or roll out on a surface sprinkled with icing sugar, rolling out the dough with a rolling pin to 2-4 mm thick. Cover your cake, smooth the pastry, trim off the excess and... The cake is ready! Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep the dough wrapped in cling film in an airtight container.
