- DESCRIPTION This snap lever scalloped circle punch from Craftelier is ideal for use with paper and cardstock and features a pretty cream and turquoise design. It can be rested on the table or on a flat surface to apply pressure more easily. This type of basic hole punch is very useful for making decorations, garlands, punching designs or photos to make compositions or making tabs and dividers.
- DETAILS The size of the perforated scalloped circle is 7.62 cm (3") in diameter and the approximate size of the punch is 16.5 x 10.5 x 11 cm. On the bottom there is a lid to catch the paper perforations. Also, if you use a little thick paper you can get better cutting results. To punch only half a scalloped circle, insert the paper only up to the mark you will find on the side of the punch.
