- Cataplana traditional cooking utensil of Portuguese cuisine from the Algarve region, cataplana is ideal for recipes of seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables while retaining their flavor thanks to steaming, steaming food.
- Made in Portugal in keeping with tradition. Follow the care instructions before and after use. Not dishwasher safe.
- Solid riveted brass handles allow easy opening closing of the lid and once closed, fully airtight cooking.
- Allows for multiple types of cooking cataplana, wok, saut pan, you choose. Suitable for all heat sources except induction and oven safe up to 280 C. Open size 55 x 33 x 6.5 cm high.
