  • THE SPECS OF HANGBOARDS 21.7inch length, 6inch width, 2inch depth. Three rows of jugs are of different depths. The top row includes 4 jugs 1-inch-deep, and the middle row includes an assortment of 1.4-inch-deep pockets and edges. The bottom row s holds are a bit more shallow at 0.6 inches deep.
  • HIGH-QUALITY MATERIAL Our products are made of high-quality crude wood, the original wooden board under grinding and polishing will have some unevenness, but it can better simulate the scene of climbing and will not affect your exercising, no burrs, and sharp edges, care for your hands.
  • STRONGER SCREWS Climbing fingerboard includes 6 screws M8*70mm, 2 expansion tubes 80mm long, 4 expansion tubes 60mm long (for the 4 holes in the top row of the board) and a piece of sandpaper. If installed on a wall without studs, it is recommended to use a backing plate (not included) to mount the climbing cleat anywhere.
  • THE TRAINING INTRODUCTIONS Most exercising regimes involve 5-8 hangs for 7-10 seconds and then 3-4 minute rests, equaling one set. Your goal is to perform 5-8 total sets, ideally really struggling or failing toward the end of those sets. It's okay to spot yourself by putting your foot down or by grabbing a bigger hold with one hand.
