- WOK-HEY SMOKEY - Our heavy duty carbon steel wok helps unlock delicious flavours that Asian stir-fry is famous for. The Carbon Steel heats up quickly and allows for very high heat - giving your dishes a caramelised flavour. Also suitable for making curries, stews and deep frying.
- WOK SEASONING - Follow the on-pack instructions as to how to 'season' your wok - this will make your wok last longer and give it a non-stick coating and should be done before first use. A gas hob or blow torch works well for this. Hand wash only, please dry wok on the hob after washing so it is bone dry before storing, to stop rusting.
