- HOW TO APPLY The surface must be dry and clean to maximize adhesive contact. After applying one side of the tape to the desired surface, the bond strength will increase as the adhesive flows onto the surface. Please wait before bonding the other side of the tape for the duration given below to let the tape support a maximum weight. WAITING TIME At room temperature, 50% of the ultimate strength will be achieved after 20 minutes, 75% after 60 minutes, 90% after 24 hours and 100% after 72 hours.
