- Size The 170mm hole saw(6-11 16 inch Hole Cutter) has a total length of 83mm and a cutting diameter of 170mm (6.7 inch hole saw). The thickness of the saw blade is 1.2mm, the diameter of the shaft is 10mm, and the diameter of the center drill is 6mm.
- Material The bimetal hole saw blade is made of high-quality HSS high-speed steel, which is sharp, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and durable. The center drill is made of 4341 high-quality steel, and the tool holder is made of high-quality M42 steel, which has excellent machinability and toughness.
- Features The high-speed steel saw blade of LAIWEI hole cutter adopts electron beam welding, which has high cutting performance. By adopting the combined pitch, vibration during drilling can be suppressed, enabling high-precision machining. High-speed steel center drills have springs that push out chips, reducing the time and effort required for chip evacuation, reducing shock during drilling, and preventing damage to the insert and hole.
- Note Hole saw cutting starts from low speed rotation. Be sure to use perpendicular to the component. Do not tilt the drill bit in the center. Please wear protective equipment such as goggles and gloves when using it.
