- Hand Crafted Our mezcal is produced from Espadin agave, which is cooked in small batches, crushed with a tahona stone pulled by our donkey named Chicharito and double distilled. With every step following traditional techniques passed down for generations
- Natural Ingredients Crafted from 100% Espadin agave, Joven Mezcal is an artisanal spirit made in the mountains of Oaxaca, Mexico. Joven is a blend of dried apricots, plums, pineapple, umami, and a range of spices.
- Sustainably Farmed Sustainably produced in Oaxaca. Our mezcal is made from Maguey Espadin agave, which is harvested at full maturity, after eight years on our estate in Mexico.
