- Full of invisible micro-pores to draw out excess moisture from dough, make pizza or flatbread with crispy crusts, avoiding the sogginess that often occurs with metal pans.
- Measures 40.6 x 35.5cm (16 x 14 inch). Golden thickness 15mm (0.6inch), weighs up to 8.2Lbs. Comes with a free multi-purpose plastic scraper, use as a dough cutter and easy to scrape off the residue stuck to the stone (use on cool stone surface only).
