Seal raw edges by lightly rubbing with cooking oil before first use and at regular intervals. Use plastic and wooden utensils to avoid scratching the enamel pan. Handle using oven gloves when hot. Wash by hand to prevent enamel dulling. Handle with care as cast iron may chip or break when knocked.
