During this era, Salford Docks grew to be the third largest port in the UK with imports ranging from rums, to fruits and spices from the Caribbean.
- INSPIRED BY CARIBBEAN RUMS - Taking inspiration from the rums which would have been unloaded into Salford docks during its prime, our Dark Spice blends specially selected Caribbean rums which have been matured in ex-Rum, American white oak casks. These pot and column distilled rums from Barbados are combined with a distinct spice blend of vanilla, coconut, burnt caramel and cloves, to deliver this exceptional Salford Dark Spice rum.
