- Ingredients CO2 Decaffeinated Premium Black Flowery Pekoe tea. Country of Origin Sri Lanka.
- Cup Characteristics Good body but not overpowering with satisfying full tea flavour notes. Infusion Bright and coppery - Especially enticing with milk. Tastes just as good as the caffeinated version.
- Hot Tea brewing method Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil. When making tea in a cup, place 1 teaspoon in your cup then add boiling water. When making tea in a teapot, place 1 teaspoon for each cup into the pot. Pour boiling water into the pot and cover. In both cases, allow to steep for 3 to 7 minutes. The longer the steep, the stronger the brew. Add milk and sugar to taste. Cold tea brewing method Make as for hot, but add extra tea - when the tea has cooled a little pour over ice.
