• Compatible with the vast majority of motherboards, including the most recent. This tester lets you quickly diagnose the source of a motherboard fault.
• Connection - PCI or PCIe directly via the main module, - MiniPCIe or mSATA via the daughter card connecting to the main module, - LPC on "DEBUG" connector via T connector connecting to the main module. This multiple connector supports the different types of "DEBUG" port. - EC Wire (for "EC DEBUG" ports on Compal, Quanta, Lenovo PCs, etc.) on the main module, - LPC on "fly wire" socket connecting to the main module, - USB for telephone.
• Once the board is connected in the chosen mode, you can read the results on your smartphone, which will be communicating with the tester via Bluetooth. - You can check the power supplies, CPU activity, RAM, HDD, etc. via LEDs on the board. - Your smartphone will display the POST code of the test that has failed, indicating the stage to be checked.
• A few explanations on error codes When the PC is booted, the card will indicate a code corresponding to the current error. This code comes from the BIOS self-test when the PC is booted (Power On Self Test - POST). The richness of the teaching will therefore be proportional to the richness of the motherboard self-test, depending on the type of BIOS and its generation.
