The grapes come from an area on the right bank of the Po, south of Lombardy, the soil features sedimentary soils with marls made up of limestone and fine clays

Spontaneous, radiant and enticing, with a bright fruitiness and elegant maturity, Mo t Ros Imp rial is supple on the palate. Those who prefer champagnes with intense flavours will be particularly well matched to Mo t Ros Imp rial, which is made primarily from Pinot Noir.

This cuvee of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier is based on the exceptional 2011 vintage where low yields and perfect growing conditions led to intense and concentrated wines. Aromas of cherry and cranberry lead to the palate which is reminiscent of a summer pudding. It has a fine, creamy mousse, a rich dry finish, and is the definitive partner for smoked salmon.
