Distinctive Features Moscato Spumante Ros is a ros wine , characterized by the aromas of rose, raspberry and cranberries and given by a short maceration on the skins of the Brachetto grapes . A sparkling wine with an intense aroma, perfectly balanced between acidity and sweetness.

The grapes come from an area with alkaline soils that favor the production of grapes with a rather high acidity level. The climate in these areas is temperate, characterized by good temperature fluctuations and, in some periods of the year, by the phenomenon of thermal inversion with higher temperatures in the hilly areas than in the plain areas. The combination of these factors gives the wines plenty of acidity, freshness, minerality, and an unmistakable organoleptic profile.

Mirabeau Pure is inspired by long, languid days on the C te d Azur. A perfect balance of citrus aromas, fresh acidity and gorgeous minerality.
