• This is sometimes known as a combi filling loop
• Connected to the mains water supply the central heating filling loop is used to "top up" the central heating water pressure following maintenance or in the event of pressure drop
• A boiler filling loop should be disconnected from the boiler when not in use to comply with local water regulations by preventing contaminated water from backflowing into the water mains
• The capping kit allows the filling loop to be disconnected from the boiler to comply with regulations
