- Ergonomic with a convenient Lyon cut, it allows food to easily slide into a pan, while the riveted tail is coated with epoxy resin for ease of use and easy handling.
- APPLICATION Precautions must be observed when using it, especially heating the vacuum pan or overheating the pan as well as limiting thermal shocks and the use of metal objects inside.
- ALL STOVE TYPES This De Buyer Choc Resto cast aluminium induction crepe pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and is also oven safe up to 250 C (except grill mode).
- Care not dishwasher safe. Wash it with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
