• Flowers of sulphur is used as a dust treatment for flower bulbs to prevent rot and provide essential nutrients. When added to soil or growing media, it can rapidly correct PH levels to balance alkaline soils.
• Sulphur in plants helps form important enzymes and assists in the formation of plant proteins, particularly chlorophyll, as well as acting as a soil conditioner. It can help reduce the sodium content of soils. Sulphur in plants is a component of some vitamins and is important in helping give flavour to mustard, onions and garlic.
• An effective treatment when applied to dogs in a powdered puffer. Make sure all skin folds are treated and anywhere where there are red patches. It will help to keep away fleas and the rashes allergies they bring.
• Flowers of sulphur can also be used in natural mineral makeup.
