- A BLANK CANVAS HAS UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES Included in this pack are two extra-large prestretched canvases along with 8 wedges. Each canvas measures 70 x 100cm (28 x 40 inches) and has a thickness of around 1.7cm (0.67 inches). The wedges measure 5.5 x 1.5cm (2.17 x 0.59 inches).
- WOODEN WEDGES FOR DESIRED TENSION Every set sold comes with 8 wooden wedges (also known as canvas keys or stretcher bar keys). These can be inserted and gently tapped with a hammer into the canvas bars on the back before or after painting. Wooden wedges can be used to finish the stretching of a canvas and to give it that last bit of tightening.
