S I N G L E POT STILL W H IS K E Y FROM IRELAND A triple distilled whiskey from The Shed Distillery in Connacht, North West Ireland. It is made from a mixture of malted and unmalted barley and also includes Irish Barra Oats which give a creamy texture.

CHARRED BARREL BRILLIANCE The Copper Pot is distilled entirely from barley, both malted and unmalted, and is matured in flame charred, American oak bourbon casks. The spirit is triple-distilled, non-peated and bottled at 40% alcohol volume

Taste Full bodied spice front followed by vanilla, honey and dried apricot.

We sustainably fell 140 year-old trees from the ancient oak forests in the mountains around the distillery. This was the beginning of a year long process that ends with an Irish oak hogshead.

Nose It is the contribution of the French oak which drives the initial aroma adding some crisp woodland notes to the spicy Single Pot Still character. The wine seasoning brings a delicate touch of floral perfume and a hint of ripe berries such as raspberries and strawberries, these are in addition to the orchard fruits typical of Green Spot.

THE DOUBLE OAK DIFFERENCE The Double Oak owes its distinct flavour profile to being aged in two woods - American oak bourbon barrels and French oak cognac casks. The spirit is triple-distilled, non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% alcohol volume
