Product description
- Paderno round baking tray excellent for slice pizzas, buns, cakes etc. The high edges ensure that the dough does not leak out during cooking, helping to keep the oven clean.
- Iron is an excellent conductor of heat, ensuring even cooking and encouraging the honeycomb of the doughs. Resistant to high temperatures of electric, gas or ventilated oven.
- When first use, brush with oil and bake at 150 C for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely and repeat the process to create a patina that makes the baking tray non-stick.
- Do not cut directly on the baking tray, so as to maintain proper functioning. Unlike teflon, the absence of coating prevents the risk of contaminating food.
