- APPLICATION OF HEAT The application of gentle heat as soon as the work is completed is required after the application of the Vitcas mouldable firebrick, drying and hardening.
- READY MIXED The VITCAS fire cement has been composited with all the necessary ingredients. And it is ready to use, you just need to empty the content onto a clean surface and it will be ready for application.
- METHOD OF USING First of all, you need to clean the surface from grease, oil and dirt before application of VITCAS heatproof screed. After that Invert tub and empty contents onto a clean surface. Take lumps of Vitcas Mouldable Firebrick and tamp into position using a mallet or hammer for concentrated consolidation.
