- Simply attach the BA-185 to your binoculars and you can easily mount them to your tripod for more stable viewing over extended periods
- To attach the BA-185 (and binoculars) directly to the tripod monopod, then simply screw the adaptor onto the 1 4" thread. Please note, it will not fit a 3 8" thread that can be found on larger tripods. In this case, you will need to attach the BA-185 to a tripod head.
- To attach the BA-185 (and binoculars) onto a tripod head, then simply screw the adaptor onto the 1 4" thread of the quick release plate and use the tripod head as normal. This has the added advantage of allowing you to aim the binoculars much more easily.
