- PAPPARDELLE ACCESSORY Pappardelle is a flat pasta shape with a width of 50 mm. The typical Tuscan pasta, rough to the touch, but with a rich and robust taste. A shape that pairs well with hearty sauces, such as meat and game-based sauces. The recommended dough thickness is at position 6 on the pasta machine's regulator.
- MADE OF STEEL AND ALUMINUM This accessory is made of high-quality chromed steel and aluminum treated with anodization. The materials used are designed to be non-toxic to health, even after countless uses.
- EASY ASSEMBLY The accessory attaches to the pasta machine by inserting it into the appropriate guides for cutting accessories. Once assembled, it will be perfectly stable. For safety reasons, the Pappardelle accessory is not compatible with the Atlasmotor.
