- How to use Insert the connector into the upper arm blood pressure monitor. Wrap the cuff around your left upper arm, approximately 2 to 3 cm from the elbow. Ensure that the cuff is positioned about 2 to 3 cm above the elbow. Then remain calm and press the start button.
