- Flat-bottom for UK hobs Induction hob compatible; works on gas, electric, ceramic and halogen. Base 16.5 cm provides stable contact (check hob ring size for best results).
- User-friendly design Tempered glass lid for steaming simmering & splatter control; beech-wood handle (21.5 cm) with hanging ring for easy drying and storage; single-handle build keeps the pan manageable.
- Seasoning & care Before first use warm the pan and wipe a very thin coat of oil (repeat 2 3 ). After cooking quick hand-wash, dry completely while warm, then wipe a light oil film. This maintains natural release and helps prevent rust. Not dishwasher or oven safe (wood handle).
